I have been traveling across India,
I have seen many tyre retail outlets in smallest town, but my question is whether these stores can survive, with existing competition & high cost of managing retail outlet.
One thing is clear without services tyre retail store itself cannot be profitable and successful,
But such outlet has got its challenges like availability trained manpower and customer willingness for the paying for the services received.
Also is it possible to run car tire retail with a single brand in India, and what will be the future for those retail stores who just depend on one single brand, or alternatively a multi brand retailer will be more successful.
I think the scope is only with retail outlet having multi brand options to customers, and having services, more the service more marrier ,
